If you control no monsters, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). This card can be treated as 2 Tributes for the Tribute Summon of a "Timelord" monster. You can Tribute this card; add 1 "Timelord" monster with 0 ATK from your Deck to your hand. You can banish this card from your GY; Special Summon 1 "Timelord" monster with 0 ATK from your Deck, ignoring its Summoning conditions. You cannot Special Summon other monsters during the turn you activate this effect.

Effect Veiler

During your opponent's Main Phase (Quick Effect): You can send this card from your hand to the GY, then target 1 Effect Monster your opponent controls; negate the effects of that face-up monster your opponent controls, until the end of this turn.

Empty Machine

Once, while this card is face-up on the field, it cannot be destroyed by your opponent's card effect. Once per turn: You can activate 1 of these effects.
• Discard 1 Level 10 monster; draw 1 card.
• If you control no other cards in your Spell & Trap Zones: You can target 1 "Timelord" monster in your GY; shuffle it into the Deck, then you can Set 1 "Infinite Machine" from your hand or Deck to your Spell & Trap Zone.

Infinite Machine

Activate by sending 1 face-up "Empty Machine" in your Spell & Trap Zone to the GY. Once per turn, this card cannot be destroyed by an opponent's card effect. Once per turn: You can activate 1 of these effects.
• During the Main Phase: You can Special Summon 1 "Timelord" monster from your hand.
• Target 1 "Timelord" monster in your GY; shuffle it into the Deck, then you can Set 1 "Infinite Light" from your hand or Deck to your Spell & Trap Zone.

Infinite Light

Activate by sending 1 face-up "Infinite Machine" in your Spell & Trap Zone to the GY. Cannot be destroyed by an opponent's card effect. Neither player can target "Timelord" monsters you control with card effects, also they cannot be returned to the Deck. Once per turn, if you control no monsters: You can Special Summon "Timelord" monsters with different names, up to 1 each from your hand, Deck, and/or GY, ignoring the Summoning conditions.

Dark Bribe

When an opponent's Spell/Trap Card is activated: Your opponent draws 1 card, also negate the Spell/Trap activation, and if you do, destroy it.

Mystic Mine

If your opponent controls more monsters than you do, your opponent cannot activate monster effects or declare an attack.
