Another 5$ deck, Please try to win a match with this deck in duelingbook or something, that would be hilarious, also if you want to show someone how yu gi oh works I recommend using these kind of decks to show them how the game works. Check out some other of my 5$ decks
You can Tribute this card; Special Summon 1 Cyberse monster from your Deck, except "Armored Bitron", but negate its effects, also you cannot Special Summon for the rest of this turn, except Cyberse monsters. If a Link-3 or higher Link Monster you control is destroyed by battle or an opponent's card effect, while this card is in your GY: You can Special Summon this card, but banish it when it leaves the field. You can only use each effect of "Armored Bitron" once per turn.
If you control a Cyberse monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). You can only Special Summon "Backup Secretary" once per turn this way.
If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can halve this card's ATK, and if you do, Special Summon 1 "Clock Token" (Cyberse/WIND/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0). You can only use this effect of "Clock Wyvern" once per turn.
If all monsters you control are Cyberse monsters (min. 1), you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). You can only Special Summon "Cyberse Converter" once per turn this way. When this card is Normal Summoned: You can target 1 face-up monster you control; it becomes Cyberse-Type until the end of this turn.
If you control 2 or more monsters with the same Type, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). You can only Special Summon "Cyberse White Hat" once per turn this way. If this card is sent to the GY as Link Material: You can make all monsters your opponent currently controls lose 1000 ATK until the end of this turn.
Once per turn: You can target 1 Attack Position opponent's monster; change it to Defense Position, and if you do, for the rest of this turn, your monsters cannot attack, except to attack that monster, and if your Cyberse monster attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent.
If this card is Special Summoned by the effect of "Parallel eXceed", its Level becomes 4 and its original ATK/DEF become halved. You can only use each of the following effects of "Parallel eXceed" once per turn.
• If you Link Summon: You can Special Summon this card from your hand to your zone that Link Monster points to.
• If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 "Parallel eXceed" from your Deck.
You can Ritual Summon this card with "Cynet Ritual". Any damage you take is halved. (You cannot halve the same damage twice this way.) While you control a Link Monster, monsters your opponent controls cannot target monsters you control for attacks, except this one, also your opponent cannot target monsters you control with card effects, except this one. Fusion Summon 1 Cyberse Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, using monsters from your hand or field as Fusion Material. If you do not control a monster in the Extra Monster Zone, you can also banish 1 Cyberse Link Monster from your GY as material.
If a Link Monster(s) you control is destroyed by battle or an opponent's card effect: You can target 1 monster in your GY, except a Link Monster; Special Summon it in Defense Position. You can only use this effect of "Cynet Recovery" once per turn.
This card can be used to Ritual Summon any Cyberse Ritual Monsters. Ritual Summon 1 Cyberse Ritual Monster from your hand, by Tributing monsters from your hand or field whose total Levels equal or exceed the Level of that Ritual Monster. During your Main Phase if you control no monsters, except during the turn this card was sent to the GY: You can banish this card and 1 Ritual Monster from your GY; Special Summon 2 "Cynet Tokens" (Cyberse/LIGHT/Level 4/ATK 0/DEF 0) in Defense Position.
All linked monsters on the field gain 500 ATK/DEF. Link Summons of Link Monsters cannot be negated. If you take 2000 or more battle or effect damage: You can shuffle the face-down cards in your Extra Deck and excavate the top card, and if it is a Cyberse Link Monster, Special Summon it. Otherwise, return it to the Extra Deck.
If you Special Summon a Link Monster(s): Target 1 card on the field; destroy it, then draw 1 card. You can only activate 1 "Cynet Regression" per turn.
During the Battle Phase: You can target 1 Cyberse monster this card points to, then activate 1 of these Quick Effects;

This card cannot attack the turn this effect is activated. You can only use this effect of "Cyberse Accelerator" once per turn.

If you control this card that was Link Summoned using "Cyberse Wizard" as material (Quick Effect): You can target 1 monster your opponent controls; change its battle position, and if you do, negate its effects until the end of this turn. If this card is destroyed by battle, or if this card in its owner's possession is destroyed by an opponent's card effect: You can Special Summon 1 "Cyberse Wizard" from your hand, Deck, or GY. You can only use each effect of "Cyberse Enchanter" once per turn.
2 Cyberse monsters
This Link Summoned card cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects. Cyberse monsters this card points to cannot be destroyed by card effects. If a monster(s) is Special Summoned to a zone(s) this card points to, while this monster is on the field (except during the Damage Step): You can banish 1 Cyberse monster from your GY; add 1 Cyberse Tuner from your Deck to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Cyberse Wicckid" once per turn.
1 Normal Summoned monster with 1000 or less ATK
(Quick Effect): You can Tribute this card, then target 1 monster you control; it cannot be destroyed by your opponent's card effects this turn. When a Normal Summoned monster you control is destroyed by battle, while this card is in your GY: You can Special Summon this card. You can only use this effect of "Salamangreat Almiraj" once per turn.
“Clock Wyvern” + 1+ Link MonstersWhen this card is Fusion Summoned: You can send cards from the top of your Deck to the GY, equal to the combined Link Ratings of this card’s materials. Until the end of the next turn, other monsters you control cannot attack, also this card gains 1000 ATK for each card sent to the GY by this effect. If you control a Link Monster, monsters your opponent controls cannot target monsters you control for attacks, except this one, also your opponent cannot target monsters you control with card effects, except this one. If this Fusion Summoned card is sent to the GY by an opponent’s card effect: You can add 1 Spell from your Deck to your hand.
2 Level 3 monsters
You can detach 1 material from this card, then target 1 "Cynet" Spell/Trap in your GY; add it to your hand. If this Xyz Summoned card is destroyed by battle, or is destroyed by an opponent's card effect while in its owner's Monster Zone: You can Special Summon 2 Level 4 Cyberse monsters with different names from your Deck, but their effects are negated. You can only use each effect of "Cyberse Reminder" once per turn, also you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck the turn you activate either of this card's effects, except Cyberse monsters.
2 Level 4 monsters
If a monster(s) you control would be destroyed by card effect, you can detach 1 material from this card instead. You can only use each of the following effects of "Light Dragon @Ignister" once per turn.
• You can detach 1 material from this card; destroy face-up monsters your opponent controls, up to the number of "@Ignister" monsters you control.
• When another Cyberse monster you control inflicts battle damage to your opponent: You can Special Summon 1 Link Monster from your GY.
